Can't turn off Midnight Juggernauts
Can't turn off Midnight Juggernauts
This is just another instance of my girl Elhaam, over at East Village Radio, being responsible for one of my many musical obsessions. Midnight Juggernauts hail from Melborne, Australia and got their start at the CMJ music fest, here in the states, in late 2007. I just heard them for the first time a month or so ago on Elhaam's Guilty Pleasure radio show, but I finally got my hands on their album and I can't shut it off... Dig it:
This song made my Halloween playlist:
And if you dig that, you should also check out Cut Copy:
Everyone should check in with DJ Elhaam on Monday nights on EVR. I never miss it:

Post a CommentVery catchy, I like it! I'm going to favorite this blog and come back and listen to all of them in length cause I don't have time right now, but I just wanted to comment to ask, Do you listen to the East Village Radio online somewhere?
Yes - I included the link to Elhaam's show in the blog, but from there you can click the schedule button at the top to see a full list of shows. Mark Ronson has a show on Friday nights that's really good as well if you like hip hop mixed with other good music. I should be their spokesperson because I could sing praises for this radio all day long
Awesome, I'm going to check that out right now and send the link to my email so I can listen to it at work. I get in trouble at home for looking at youtube videos because Matt is convinced they're littered with viruses.
If you want to listen to some past shows, I have mant downloaded and then uploaded to my imeem. http://www.imeem.com/loreleispirit/playlist/NY9RdCKU/guilty_pleasure_wit...
Makes me want to dance!!!
